The name sounds Filipino but he is not. Ricardo is another Latino guy who was born in Mexico. He works right now as a model and an actor in Colombia. 
I was looking for a cute guy on the net and I found this super good-lookin guy that almost made me drop my undies. His name is Juan Sebastian Quintero from Bogota, Colombia. He is probably the first non-Asian to be featured here. He looks like an Indian though. I found him on hunkycelebs.com and one of the comments there says she is looking for a topless photo of this guy. I searched for it but too bad, there isn't one.
